Return Policy – Simon & Lucy London

At Simon & Lucy London, we always strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. However, if you are not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns can only be requested after the item has been delivered and received
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (including any international shipping fees)
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • Undamaged
    • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not
  • Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via:

  2. After your request is approved, you will receive the return address of our fulfillment partner
  3. Carefully package the item and ship it back at your own expense, including:
    • Shipping costs
    • Any applicable customs or import fees
  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace), as we cannot process returns without proof of shipment

3. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Your refund will be processed within 14 days
  • The amount will be refunded via your original payment method

Please note: refunds are only issued after the returned item has been received in acceptable condition.

4. Liability & Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows the order was delivered to the address provided by the customer
  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout
  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order
